
Did you know that it takes 26 muscles to smile and 62 muscles to frown? Smile expresses pleasure and happiness. Life is like a mirror, when we smile, then the person we smile to will also smile. When you fight with your friend, try smiling to them and sometimes this way works when you got a "little" problem with your friend. The parents also remain the kids to smile when they they meet their relatives, don't they? Because it shows politeness! When you are taken picture, it is better to smile because smile makes you look more attractive! So don't show your frowning face in front of the camera.
A person that smiles more is deemed to be more pleasant, sincere, attractive and more sociable then a on-smiling person.
Smile can also relieve stress. So remember to smile when you feel stress and tired.
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?
Smiling releases endorphins and makes us feel better, even when you fake a smile you can feel better.
However, it is good to smile often, but not always! When you feel sad and you want to cry, just do that! Crying will make us relief and feel better. Sometimes when we talk to the person we hate, we'll show a fake smile, won't we? But people are able to differentiate between a real smile and a fake smile by seeing the difference in a persons eyes when they smile.
